Fully tested Genuine replacement LCD Display Assembly. System pulled from A1286 Mid 2011 never repaired guaranteed with 3 months warranty. Grade 'B+' has some minor signs of wear and tear. The screen image and glass are mint. There are some minor marks on aluminium from previous use. Screen cable is included. Screen picture works great. There is also a FREE clear plastic cover that comes with this LCD screen assembly. The MacBook had a clear plastic casing over the screen lid, so we are including this free of charge. It protects the ALuminium lid and prevents it getting scratched. This would be ideal for someone like a DJ who wanted a waterproof thick plastic cover over the Aluminium lid chassis, and will also protect the MacBook from minor splashes, or minor bumps and scrapes while in transit. This clear cover is very thick plastic and gives the LCD screen added protection. While the cover is on it would be extremely hard to dent scratch or break the screen itself. Great if you only use it while in transit, but clips on snuggly so can be used permanently while in use and not while laptop is in use.
**This 2011 Model has 3 aerial/antenna connections, unlike earlier model. this also is NOT compatible with 2012 models as although very similar the 2012 model has. asilver LCD connector and you will find it will not function with the 2011 screens. 2012 and 2011 screens look identical except one has a gold LVDS screen connector the other has a silver LVDS LCD connector.**
