**PLEASE BE AWARE** This MacBook Pro arrived from our supplier as an ex-business machine and had Remote Management software installed on it, so when doing an internet recovery (CMD+R), and doing a fresh clean installation of the OS, a remote management software would auto appear, (remote management gives a company the ability to remotely upgrade all their computers with the latest company software or Office software, and their technical department remotely add user email accounts etc.. This is known as MDM remote management, and when returned to Apple the serial numbers should be deleted from the MDM servers. This MacBook still had the Remote software auto install itself when doing an internet recovery. We have removed this manually ourselves. Our technicians have done a fresh installation of Big Sur OS 11, and then upgraded to OS 13 Ventura, we have created a new blank User, ready for the new owner to add their name and Apple ID, ready to go and ready to use**
Because the MDM software was associated to the serial number we have reduced the price accordingly. This does NOT prevent you using the MacBook and we still offer the standard 3 month warranty against failure as with all our used MacBook Pro systems.
